Why has the park water consumption has risen dramatically in recent months?

Provided people have not been watering their gardens or washing cars or other wasteful activities, there could be leaking pipes. Look around in dry weather and see if there are unexplained damp patches. If you suspect a leak, notify your site operator by letter of your suspicions. If he fails to investigate, send a copy of the letter to the water company who supply the park.
